Britton Church
Founder
Britton Church is the Founder of Maneo Ventures, bringing a wealth of experience in real estate investment and development. Prior to establishing Maneo Ventures, Britton served as a Partner at Ascent Investment Partners, where he led land investment efforts across the Texas Triangle, overseeing 8 transactions totaling over 400 acres with a capitalization of $38 million.
At JLB Partners, where he was vice president of development, Britton played a key role in over 23 multifamily and mixed-use developments across Texas. These developments created over 6,890 homes at a total capitalization of over $1.3 billion in cost. His expertise included handling complicated rezoning efforts across difficult municipalities and solving complex entitlement and development challenges across a wide spectrum of the development life cycle.
Earlier in his career, Britton was an Associate at INCAP Fund, specializing in the acquisition and redevelopment of class C multifamily assets in North Oak Cliff, Dallas. He was responsible for all aspects of acquisition, due diligence, entitlement processing, and asset disposition.
